Telecom Foundation continues to strengthen a culture of professionalism, integrity, and accountability across the organization.

In line with the vision of the President & CEO, the Foundation's EVP HR & Admin, Ms. Atifa Ehsan, successfully organized a focused training session on “Workplace Ethics and Professional Accountability” at the Foundation's Hytham Sina Smart Digital Auditorium.

The session was conducted by industry and academia specialist Dr. Zonaib Tahir, who shared valuable insights on ethical conduct, professionalism, integrity, and responsible workplace practices. Dr. Zonaib Tahir brings extensive academic and professional expertise, holding a PhD in Management Sciences from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France.

Attended by senior and middle management, the session emphasized the importance of fostering a respectful, responsible, and growth-oriented work environment while reinforcing high professional standards across the organization.
