HR & Admin department of TF HQ plays a vital role in supporting its regional offices in North, Central & South:

  1. Through talent acquisition and recruitment for all the positions of regional offices.

  2. By providing round the clock support & guidance to reach the vision of Telecom Foundation.

  3. Ensuring compliance of all the policies and procedures of Telecom foundation across regional offices.

  4. Quick resolution of employee grievances, if any, through open communication & cooperation.

All in all, the HR & Admin department of the Telecom Foundation helps regional offices to easily align with the organization’s overall goals, while also addressing needs and challenges which eventually ensures smooth operations regardless of geographic differences.

  1. High Performance GMT scheme: HR & Admin department of Telecom Foundation, under the direction and guidance of the P&CEO, launched a High Performance Graduate Management Trainee Program in the year 2020, in a quest to recruit highly talented youth (with a minimum GPA of 3.5) from top ranked universities of the country through various Job Career Fairs.

  2. Employee Engagement: At Telecom Foundation, we ensure active engagement of our employees by providing them with a positive work environment and other refreshing yet beneficial employee engagement activities including celebration of events like Independence Day, women’s day etc.

  3. Employee well-being and benefits: We focus on an inclusive work environment which nurtures talent & growth through a number of compensation and benefits practices like Eid bonuses, Ramzan hampers etc.

  4. Internships: To provide the youth of Pakistan with the opportunity to learn and gain first hand industrial experience, Telecom Foundation offers internship to fresh graduates as well as final year students.

Roadmap

In the current year, the HR & Admin department of Telecom Foundation aims to achieve the following:

  1. Training & Organizational Development: Through yearly training calendar, execution of trainings and continuous professional development amongst the employees with an aim to enhance & further polish their skillset.

  2. Transform the organization into a digital-hub with a paper-free environment

  3. Incorporate digital progress tracking and performance appraisals to enhance to accountability and maximize the productivity of all the employees.

  4. Initiating digital leave management and attendance management system to minimize absence in the workplace.
