Telecom Foundation is committed to strengthening primary healthcare services in its adopted health facilities, reflecting significant growth in patient outreach. According to OPD data from the Health Management Information System (HMIS) of the Health Services Delivery Unit (HISDU), Government of Punjab, the Basic Health Unit recorded an increase in outpatient visits from 19,690 in 2023 to 21,011 in 2024. Similarly, the Dispensary saw a substantial rise from 7,221 to 9,941 OPD visits during the same period. This growth underscores Telecom Foundation's dedication to providing quality and accessible healthcare to underserved communities.


Building on this success, Telecom Foundation is set to amplify its impact in 2025 by driving a comprehensive digital healthcare transformation. Planned initiatives include:

• Implementation of Telemedicine Services to provide remote specialist consultations.

• Deployment of Remote Patient Monitoring Systems for continuous health management.

• Deployment of Skilled Medical Doctors trained in smart digital healthcare interventions.

• Capacity Building of Healthcare Staff through training on IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) devices.

• Integration of ICT Solutions for early disease detection and preventive healthcare.


These strategic interventions aim to deliver accessible, affordable, and technology-driven healthcare solutions, aligning with global health standards and Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being). Telecom Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to enhance healthcare delivery and positively impact community health outcomes across Pakistan.
