Telecom Foundation is seeking to hire an experienced “Senior Manager Commercial” to work under the Business Development Department and to lead and oversee commercial, marketing and brand management activities across its business units. The position will focus on driving growth through marketing strategies, strategic leadership, policy formulation, compliance, enhancing brand visibility, product promotion, solar marketing, tariff design, sales and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial, sales and marketing strategies in line with organizational objectives.

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all commercial functions.

  • Formulate policies related to commercial operations, branding, product marketing, compliance and pricing.

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, advertisements and promotional initiatives.

  • Creative design and development of promotional/branding materials (e.g., posters, flyers, digital content).

  • Lead solar marketing initiatives and product promotion campaigns.

  • Develop and manage tariff design strategies to maximize competitiveness and profitability.

  • Oversee sales operations and ensuring revenue growth achieved.

  • Build and manage business partnerships and external stakeholder relations.

  • Manage and oversee official social media platforms, ensuring timely updates, campaigns and audience engagement.

  • Conduct market research, forecasting and competitor analysis to support planning and decision-making.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing, sales and commercial activities with organizational goals.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, promotional materials and presentations.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on commercial, compliance, sales and marketing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, or related field from a local or foreign HEC recognized university.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience if Master’s or higher degree holder, and minimum of 12 years if Bachelor degree holder.

  • Proven experience in commercial strategy, strategic leadership, policy making, compliance, marketing, sales, brand management and product promotion.

  • Experience in solar marketing, tariff design, business partnerships and PPP models will be given preference.

  • Specialized certifications in areas such as digital marketing, brand management, or energy/solar marketing will be considered an added advantage.

  • Strong financial acumen with proficiency in CRM tools, procurement processes, and digital marketing platforms.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and bilingual proficiency.

  • Soft attributes including entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability to change, strategic vision, and ability to work in dynamic environments.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital marketing tools.

  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and deliver results under pressure.
