Requirements
Telecom Foundation is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Manager Development, highly proficient in academics and with mandatory experience in education sector (schools), with the following but not limited to responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive academic development strategy aligned with the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of Telecom Foundation.
Lead the design, review, enhancement, and standardization of curriculum across all TFES school campuses in accordance with national curriculum frameworks and international best practices.
Conduct extensive periodic review of the curriculum implementation, development and innovation.
Develop innovative teaching, learning, and assessment methodologies to improve student learning outcomes.
Design and implement Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs for principals, academic leaders, teachers, and instructional staff.
Develop and update annual academic calendars.
Develop academic policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines to support effective teaching and learning.
Coordinate with examination boards, regulatory authorities, and curriculum bodies to ensure compliance with applicable academic standards.
Coordinate with provincial education networks and stakeholders to support the operations and expansion of TFES campuses
Perform academic audits, classroom observations, assessment moderation, and monitoring visits.
Identify and facilitate the adoption of new TFES campuses.
Evaluate and consolidate the results of academic year, furnish reports and submit recommendations for academic improvement.
Coordination and collaboration with students, parents and different regulators/external audiences.
Ensure continuous character development of the students.
Lead the integration of AI and technology-enabled learning to enhance teaching, learning, and academic management.
Drive a results-oriented academic culture through measurable performance indicators and continuous improvement.
Lead the implementation, integration, and compliance of Learning Management Systems (LMS) across all TFES school campuses.
Ensure effective implementation of SLO-based game deployment across TFES.
Promote the adoption of innovative educational technologies and digital learning solutions to improve academic outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence throughout TFES.
Eligibility Criteria
Academics specialty in education sector (schools) is mandatory for eligibility.
Minimum Bachelor or higher Degree in Business Administration / Social Sciences / Sciences or relevant/related subject.
Degree(s) must be from HEC recognized University / Institute (local or foreign)
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience if Master’s or higher degree holder, and minimum of 12 years if Bachelor degree holder, including at least five years in an academic leadership role (such as Subject HoD, Principal).
Recognized teaching qualification, such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or Nationally Recognized Diploma will be considered as a preference.
Candidates possessing internationally recognized professional certifications or leadership development qualifications will be given preference.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with seniors, colleagues, students, parents and different regulators/external audiences.
Proven experience of coordination and liaison with examination boards.
Strong digital literacy with hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Successful experience of leadership and personnel management
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
Prior experience in the field of academia; precisely in school/colleges operations, designing of curricula, development of training programs, expertise in expansion of school/colleges.
Experience of content writing and content management.
Well-versed with MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Understanding of, and familiarity with, the key documents and processes followed in Educational Sector.
