Requirements

Telecom Foundation is seeking to hire an experienced Manager Business Planning with the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

To lead business planning, strategy formulation, and market development initiatives for all business ventures of the Foundation i.e. short and long-term business strategies for Solar, GPON, Smart Cities, IoT initiatives and Real estate development.
Developing, executing and monitoring business and project feasibilities for the Foundation to participate in external project bids.
Carrying out sustained and effective team work with a wide range of stakeholders including executives, sales teams, marketing departments etc. to determine activities/performance and commercial aspects of the Foundation’s strategic and master plan targets.
Developing progress reports for every quarter to closely monitor the ongoing performance in alignment with the financial budget targets.
Implementation of the strategic initiatives for the Foundation in order to increase revenue and profitability.
Build and manage partnerships with regulators, government bodies, technology vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and tender submissions for clients, partners and other stakeholders.
Represent Telecom Foundation in industry forums, seminars, and networking events to strengthen the Foundation’s market presence.
Align business planning with Telecom Foundation’s vision, mission, and growth strategy.

Bachelor or higher Degree in engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom or any other related discipline). An additional master degree in Business Management / MBA or related subjects will be preferred.
Degree(s) from HEC recognized University/Institute (local or foreign) etc.
Candidate should be PEC registered.
Minimum of 06 years of professional experience if Master or higher degree, and minimum of 08 years professional experience if Bachelor degree. Proven experience in preparing and executing business plans, project feasibilities & sales and marketing plans.
Good knowledge of business principles, techniques, public relation skills, understanding of the key business issues and excellent verbal as well as written communication skills.
