Requirements
Telecom Foundation is seeking to hire an experienced Assistant Manager Business Planning (having expertise in solar & IoT solutions) with the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:
Assist in Developing, executing and monitoring the Foundation’s master plan in coordination with all other departments under the supervision of Manager Business Planning.
Research and Assist in the Business Planning Team in Developing, executing and monitoring business and project feasibilities for the Foundation to participate in external project bids.
Assist in Reviewing progress reports from various departments or arranging meetings with department heads to ensure everyone is in line with the targets of the strategic master plan.
Conducting research in strategic planning support by providing assistance in developing long-term objectives and in identifying short-term goals.
Analyzing local and international market intelligence data to assist in making forecasts about future needs for products or services.
Responsible to assist in Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the Foundation in order to increase revenue and profitability.
Coordinate with JV partners to ensure timely completion of tender documentation
Onboarding of new JV partners, as and when required
Preparation of solar related performance reports (annual, quarterly and monthly)
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor or higher Degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or related subjects. An additional degree in engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom or any other related discipline) will be preferred.
Minimum of 02 years of professional experience
Degree (s) from HEC recognized University/Institute (local or foreign) etc.
Proven experience in preparing and executing business plans, project feasibilities & sales and marketing plans.
Good knowledge of business principles, techniques, public relation skills, understanding of the key business issues and excellent verbal as well as written communication skills.
